Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad se bavi izradom parametarskog modela postolja za robot u svrhu izbora između različitih opcija postolja s obzirom na dizajn i složenost montaže te vrstu i troškove materijala. U prvom dijelu opisana je primjena robota u industriji te prednosti i nedostaci korištenja industrijske robotske tehnologije. Potom je prezentiran robot Panda, njegovi tehnički podaci, kontrolna jedinica, oprema te način korištenja. Opisani su uvjeti koje treba zadovoljiti sigurno radno okruženje. Prije same izrade definirani su materijali, dimenzije i karakteristike postolja. Obrađena su pravila dizajna o montaži te su se analizirali nedostaci postolja dostupnih na tržištu. S obzirom na važnost donošenja odluka u nesigurnom okruženju u kojem višekriterijsko odlučivanje doživljava sve širu upotrebu u rješavanju složenih problema, u radu je objašnjen pojam i predstavljene metode višekriterijskog odlučivanja. Opisani su postupci korištenja MCDM metoda SMART, PROMETHEE, TOPSIS, AHP i Fuzzy Set Theory te objašnjeni razlozi zbog kojih su one bitne. Dvije različite izvedbe postolja su se modelirale u programu Siemens NX. Najbolja opcija odabrana je primjenom SMART metode višekriterijskog odlučivanja uz dodatnu provjeru AHP metodom.
Abstract (english)
This thesis deals with the creation of a parametric model of a stand for a robot in order to choose between different stand options with regard to design and assembly complexity and the type and cost of materials. The first part describes the application of robots in industry and the advantages and disadvantages of using industrial robot technology. Then the robot Panda, its technical data, control unit, equipment and method of use were presented. The conditions that must be met by a safe working environment are described. Before the actual production, the materials, dimensions and characteristics of the stand are defined. The design rules on assembly were discussed and the shortcomings of the stands available on the market were analyzed. Considering the importance of decision-making in an uncertain environment in which multi-criteria decision-making is increasingly used in solving complex problems, the paper explains the concept and presents the methods of multi-criteria decision-making. The procedures for using the MCDM methods SMART, PROMETHEE, TOPSIS, AHP and Fuzzy Set Theory are described and the reasons why they are important are explained. Two different versions of the stand were modeled in the Siemens NX program. The best option was selected using the SMART method of multi-criteria decision-making with an additional check with the AHP method.
