Abstract
U ovom radu obrađeni su rezultati pokusa jednoosnog rastezanja uzoraka lima legure CuFe2P različitih orijentacija u odnosu na pravac valjanja. Iz ovih rezultata za svaki ispitivani uzorak određene su elastične karakteristike: Youngov modul elastičnosti i Poissonov koeficijent te plastične karakteristike: granica tečenja, zakon očvršćavanja, vlačna čvrstoća i Lankfordov koeficijent. Lankfordov koeficijent razmatran je kao konstantna i kao inkrementalna veličina prema standardnoj metodi. Lankfordov koeficijent računat je i kao trenutna veličina prema nestandardnom postupku na temelju aproksimacije eksperimentalne krivulje stvarna plastična deformacija širine - stvarna plastična deformacija duljine odgovarajućom polinomnom funkcijom. Rezultati pokusa rastezanja dovedeni su u vezu s rezultatima dobivenima u pokusu cilindričnog dubokog vučenja istog materijala. Na temelju ovog razmatranja za svaku su ispitanu orijentaciju određeni reprezentativni uzorci i pripadne reprezentativne vrijednosti razmatranih elastičnih i plastičnih karakteristika. Analizirana je i promjena orijentacijskih ovisnosti naprezanja tečenja i Lankfordovog koeficijenta s napredovanjem plastične deformacije.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the experimental data obtained in the uniaxial tensile tests of copper alloy CuFe2P sheet specimens with different orientations with respect to the rolling direction are processed. Based on the experimental data, elastic characteristics: Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio and plastic characteristics: yield stress, hardening law, tensile strength and Lankford coefficient were determined for each tested specimen. Lankford coefficient was considered as a constant and as an incremental value according to standards. Lankford coefficient was also calculated as an instantaneous value according to a non-standard approach based on non-linear polynomial fit of the experimental transverse versus longitudinal true plastic strain curves. The results obtained in the tensile tests were correlated to the results obtained in the cylindrical cup deep drawing tests of the same material. Based on this consideration, representative samples and corresponding representative values of the considered elastic and plastic characteristics were determined for each tested orientation. The evolution of yield stress and Lankford coefficient directional dependences with ongoing plastic deformation was also analyzed.
