Abstract
U ovom završnom radu prikazan je proces donošenja odluke o kupnji laptopa. U uvodim riječima je kroz kratke crte opisana važnost i utjecaj marketinga i trikova kojim se trgovci koriste kako bi utjecali na ponašanje potrošača prilikom kupnje. Kroz drugo poglavlje su opisani čimbenici koji utječu na donošenje odluka o kupovini proizvoda. Čimbenici su podijeljeni u šest kategorija kroz koje je opisano cjelokupno ponašanje potrošača. U sljedećem teorijskom poglavlju su detaljno opisani koraci procesa donošenja odluke, a to su: prepoznavanje problema, traženje alternativa, procjena alternativa, kupnja proizvoda i postkupovno ponašanje. Nakon toga slijedi istraživački dio rada. Na temelju napisanog i pročitanih literatura, sastavljen je anketni upitnik kojim se ispitalo 24 ispitanika. Temeljem dobivenih rezultata napisan je zaključak iz kojeg se moglo primijetiti da su ispitanici savjesni potrošači koji u većini slučaja smisleno idu u kupnju laptopa. Laptop je proizvod koji je sredstvo rada i glavno pomoćno sredstvo prilikom učenja mnogih ljudi.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the process of making a decision on the purchase of a laptop is presented. The importance and influence of marketing and the tricks used by retailers to influence consumer-buying behavior are briefly described. The second chapter describes the factors that influence the decision-making process to buy a product. The factors are divided into six categories through which the overall consumer behavior is described. In the theoretical chapter, the steps of the decision-making process are described in detail, namely: problem recognition, search for alternatives, evaluation of alternatives, product purchase and post-purchase behavior. This is followed by the research part of the paper. On the basis of the relevant literature, a survey questionnaire was compiled, which examined 24 respondents. Based on the obtained results, it was concluded that the respondents are conscientious consumers who in the most cases make a meaningful purchase of a laptop.
