Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisana je tehnologija proizvodnje cementa s naglaskom na ulogu mlina cementa u procesu proizvodnje te upravljanje njegovim radom. Prikazana je cjeloukupna arhitektura upravljačkog sustava za upravljanje vagama mlina te su analizirani najznačajniji elementi sklopovske i programske podrške. Korištenjem software-a Simatic Manager i Step 7 objašnjena je ulogu signala koji se koriste u procesu upravljanja vagama mlina. Objašnjene su osnove tri najbitnija programa za rad tvornice, Step 7, TIA portal i SCADA, te je prikazano upravljanje pomoću njih. Objašnjene su karakteristike najkorištenijeg PLC-a.
Abstract (english)
This thesis describes the technology of cement production with an emphasis on the role of the cement mill in the production process and the management of its work. The overall architecture of the control system for managing the mill scales is presented, and the most important elements of the circuit and program support are analyzed. Using the Simatic Manager and Step 7 software, the role of the signals used in the process of managing the mill scales was explained. The basics of the three most important programs for factory operation, Step 7, TIA portal and SCADA, are explained, and management using them is shown. The characteristics of the most used PLC are explained.
