Abstract
Završni rad obrađuje temu utjecaja atmosfere peći i temperature austenitizacije tijekom procesa kaljenja čelika C45E na mikrostrukturu, tvrdoću i žilavost. U uvodu je objašnjen pojam atmosfere peći te se iznijela pretpostavka krajnjih rezultata. U sljedećim poglavljima obrađena je tematika toplinske obrade i mehaničkih svojstava žilavosti i tvrdoće. U 4. poglavlju su navedene promjene u mikrostrukturi uvjetovane atmosferom peći. Nakon toga slijedi eksperimentalni dio u kojem se navode instrumenti eksperimenta, uzorci i rezultati mjerenja. Analizom rezultata dolazi se do zaključka eksperimenta.
Abstract (english)
The final paper deals with the influence of furnace atmosphere and austenitization temperature during the hardening process of C45E steel on the microstructure, hardness and toughness. In the introduction, the concept of furnace atmosphere was explained and the assumption of the final results was presented. The topics of heat treatment and mechanical properties of toughness and hardness are covered in the following chapters. In chapter 4 are listed changes in the microstructure conditioned by the furnace atmosphere. This is followed by the experimental part in which the instruments of the experiment, samples and measurement results are listed. Analyzing the results leads to the conclusion of the experiment.
