Abstract
Proračun toplinske energije za odabrani objekt izvršen je s programskim paketom IntegraCAD. Na osnovu dobivenih toplinskih gubitaka i toplinskih dobitaka po pojedinim prostorijama odabran je termotehnički sustav. Termotehnički sustav se sastoji od sustava za grijanje, hlađenje i pripremu potrošne tople vode. Sustav grijanja izveden je kao centralni. Primarni sustav grijanja koristi dizalicu topline, a alternativni kotao na pelete. Razlog izbora dizalice topline kao primarnog načina grijanja je isključivo ekonomski. Sustav hlađenja je izveden s dizalicom topline. Za sustav pripreme PTV izvršena je simulacija u programskom paketu SolCalc Thermie. Postavljanjem solarnih kolektora ostvarena je ušteda 663 [kg] drvnih peleta ako se za dogrijavanje vode koristi kotao na pelete, što je oko 1.300 [kn] uštede. U slučaju korištenja dizalice topline, postignuta je ušteda 866 [kWh] električne energije, odnosno 850 [kn] uz smanjenje 𝐶𝑂2 za 577 [kg]. U programskom paketu AutoCAD napravljen je projekt termotehničkih instalacija obiteljske kuće, a u Ki Expert Plus programskom paketu dobiven je energetski certifikat s kojim je provjereno zadovoljava li odabrani objekt tehničku regulativu u Hrvatskoj za energetsko certificiranje zgrada. Utvrđeno je da odabrani objekt spada u zgrade gotovo nulte energije.
Abstract (english)
Calculation of heat energy for the selected object is executed by the software package IntegraCAD. Based on the obtained heat losses and heat gains in individual rooms, the thermotechnical system was selected. The thermotechnical system consists of a system for heating, cooling and preparation of domestic hot water. The heating system is designed as a central one. The primary heating system uses the heat pump and alternative one uses pellet boiler. The reason for choosing the heat pump as the primary mode of heating is purely economic. The cooling system is performed with a heat pump. For the DHW preparation system, a simulation was performed in the SolCalc Thermie software package. By installing solar collectors, 663 [kg] of wood pellets were saved if a pellet boiler was used to reheat the water, which is about 1.300 [kn] of savings. In the case of using a heat pump, savings of 866 [kWh] of electricity were achieved, or 850 [kn] with a reduction of 𝐶𝑂2 by 577 [kg]. In the AutoCAD software package, a project of thermotechnical installations of a family house was made, and in the Ki Expert Plus software package, an energy certificate was obtained to check whether the selected facility meets the technical regulations in Croatia for energy certification of buildings. It was found that the selected object belongs to the building nearly zero energy.
