Abstract
U ovom završnom radu obradili smo saznajna o aluminiju i njgovim legurama kao i njihovim poznatim i dokazanim toplinskim obradama. Pokušali smo napraviti toplinsku obradu aluminijeve legure AA-4032 kako bi dokazali tvrdnju da je ta legura toplinski neobradiva. Pripremili smo uzorke za ispitivanje kidanjem epruvete uzorka materijala. Nakon pripreme površina na koje smo planirali izvesti ispitivanja proveli smo ispitivanje tvrdoče Vickers metodom. Toplinsku obradu žarenja smo izveli na 3 temperature kako bi analizom mikrostrukture uvidili utjecaj razlike temperature na strukturu u materijalu. Ponovnim ispitivanjem tvrdoče došli smo do nove tvrdoče materijala nakon toplinske obrade. Nagrizanjem površina pripremili smo komade za analizu mikrostrukture i potvrdili nagađanja koja smo imali prije toplinske obrade.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, we have processed information about aluminum and its alloys, as well as their known and proven heat treatments. We tried to heat treat aluminum alloy AA4032 to prove the claim that this alloy is not heat treatable. We prepared samples for testing by tearing a material sample tube. After preparing the surfaces on which we planned to perform the tests, we conducted a hardness test using the Vickers method. We performed the annealing heat treatment at 3 temperatures in order to analyze the microstructure and see the influence of the difference in temperature on the structure in the material. By retesting the hardness, we found a new hardness of the material after heat treatment. By etching the surfaces, we prepared the pieces for microstructure analysis and confirmed the guesses we had before the heat treatment.
