Abstract
Diplomski rad razrađuje automatizaciju 5G jezgrene aplikacije temeljene na suvremenoj virtualizacijskoj tehnologiji – kontejnerima. Prvi dio rada opisuje koncept računarstva u oblaku te korištene uslužne modele: infrastruktura kao usluga i kontejner kao usluga. Oba uslužna modela opisana su svojim komponentama, funkcionalnostima, prednostima i manama. Također je opisana i 5G jezgrena aplikacija kontrole politike i naplaćivanja usluga na mreži. More postavljanje, instaliranje i testiranje 5G jezgrene aplikacije za centraliziranu kontrolu poslovanja prema korisnicima 5G mreže i mreža prethodnih generacija. Automatizacija je realizirana Java Common AutoTester razvojnom okolinom zajedno s izvršnom okolinom oblak distribucije kontejnera. Prolaznost automatiziranih testova verificira ispravno postavljanje i instaliranje aplikacije te njeno upravljanje 5G prometa s obzirom na pravila politike i naplaćivanja. Less
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis elaborates automation of 5G core application based on modern virtualization technology – containers. First part of thesis describes concept of cloud computing and used service models: infrastructure as a service and container as a service. Both service models are described by their components, functionalities, advantages and disadvantages. The 5G core application of policy control and network billing services is also described. In the practical part of thesis, the... More setup, installation and testing of the 5G core application for centralized policy control towards users of 5G and previous generation networks is automated. The automation is done by the Java Common AutoTester development environment along with the Cloud Container Distribution runtime. Passability of automated tests verifies the correct setup and installation of the application along with its management of 5G traffic regarding policy and billing rules. Less
