Abstract
U cilju određivanja zamornog opterećenja na komponente konstrukcija i zavarene spojeve potrebno je uračunati niz parametara. Uvod daje potrebne osnove teorijskog razumijevanja zamora općenito. U drugom dijelu objašnjena je inicijacija, širenje i loše posljedice zamora. Treći dio daje važne parametre koji određuju postupak procjenjivanja zamora iz čega ovisno o slučaju proizlaze različite vrste naprezanja. Svaka vrsta naprezanja je opisana, zajedno sa svojim komponentama te postupkom izračunavanja, mjerenja i određivanja karakterističnih točki. Prikazane su i pojedine alternativne metode za pojedina naprezanja i različite vrste veza. Za kraj je opisana procedura za spojeve bez pogrešaka i drugi načini određivanja djelovanja zamornog opterećenja.
Abstract (english)
In order to determine the fatigue load on structural components and welded joints, it is necessary to take into account a number of parameters. The introduction providesthe necessary basics of the theoretical understanding of fatigue in general. In the second part, the initiation, propagation and bad consequences of fatigue are explained. The third part gives the important parameters that determine the fatigue evaluation procedure, from which different types of stress are derived depending on the case. Each type of stress is described, together with its components and the process of calculation, measurement and determination of characteristic points. Certain alternative methods for certain stresses and different types of connections are also presented. Finally, the procedure for error-free joints and other ways of determining the effects of fatigue loads are described.
