Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad opisuje postupak reverzibilnog inženjeringa kod konstruiranja. Od proizvoda koji je dostupan na tržištu smo uzeli ključne stavke, te je pristup kod dizajniranja i konstruiranja ove dizalice bio pod utjecajem dizalica koje već postoje na tržištu. Sami koncept dizalice sa škarastim mehanizmom se koristi u mnogo grana ljudskog djelovanja, kao što je u automobilskoj industriji, građevinskoj industriji, te kao osnovni mehanizmi za dizanje bilo kakvog tereta. Kod proračuna i modeliranja ove platforme(dizalice), korišten je programski paket matlab, te je modeliranje izvršeno u solidworksu.
Abstract (english)
In this work, scissor lift is designed and calculated. The lift is designed to sustain rated capacity. All significant parts of the scissor lift have been identified. All scissor lift elements are calculated based on the forces acting on them. Based on the calculated dimensions, a 3D model representing this lift was constructed, and all scissor lift components were designed. All of the static analysis was done in matlab. The lift is modeled in Solidworks software package.
