Abstract
U ovome radu opisana je teorija pouzdanosti, primjena mrežnih pravila za dobivanje pokazatelja pouzdanosti, osnove programa NEPLAN te analiza pouzdanosti obrađena na primjeru za dobivanje pokazatelja pouzdanosti u programu NEPLAN. U drugom poglavlju govori se o pouzdanosti u elektroenergetskim sustavima, na koji se način predviđa pouzdanost, koji su pokazatelji pouzdanosti u samoj teoriji pouzdanosti te kako ih dobiti za nepopravljive i popravljive elemente. Svaki elektroenergetski sustav treba ispuniti zadatak da osigura pouzdano i konstantno napajanje električnom energijom svoje potrošače, stoga operatori (pružatelji usluga) distribucijskih i prijenosnih sustava trebaju ispunjavati mrežna pravila. S obzirom na mrežna pravila, određeni su opći i pojedinačni pokazatelji pouzdanosti, kao što je opisano u trećem poglavlju. U daljnjim poglavljima, opisan je program NEPLAN, kako napraviti određene sheme, na koji način unijeti podatke za elemente, kako dobiti rezultate. Nakon toga, prikazan je primjer u programu NEPLAN, u kojem su prikazani osnovni dijelovi glavnih shema strujnih krugova, u kojem je izvršena analiza pouzdanosti. Na temelju analize pouzdanosti u programu NEPLAN, dobiju se tablični i grafički rezultati u kojima su prikazani pokazatelji pouzdanosti za svaki pojedini element u sustavu te za sustav u cjelini.
Abstract (english)
The introductory part presents what reliability is in general, what it means in electric power systems. This work discusses of the theory of reliability, describes the network rules for obtaining reliability indicators, also discusses the basics of the NEPLAN program and the reliability analysis processed on the example for obtaining reliability indicators in the NEPLAN program. The second chapter discusses what is reliability in electric power systems, how reliability is predicted, what are the reliability indicators in the reliability theory itself and how to obtain them for irreparable and repairable elements. Every electricity system should fulfill the task of ensuring a reliable and constant supply of electricity to its consumers, therefore service providers, or rather distribution and transmission system operators should comply with the network rules. According to the network rules, general and individual reliability indicators are determined, as described in the third chapter. In the following chapters is described the program NEPLAN, how to make certain schemes, how to enter data for elements, how to get results. After that, an example is presented in the program NEPLAN, in which the basic parts of the main circuit diagrams are presented, and the reliability analysis is performed. During the reliability analysis in the NEPLAN program, tabular and graphical results are obtained in which the reliability indicators for each individual element in the system, as well as for the all system as a whole are presented
