Abstract
Usporedbom početnog dizajna konstrukcije sa dva profila različitih dimenzija se odabrala konstrukcija povoljnijih karakteristika. Bolja konstrukcija je odabrana na temelju međusobne usporedbe krutosti i karakteristika profila te na temelju važnosti određenih značajki u cjelokupnom ciklusu nastanka proizvoda. Daljnjim unaprjeđenjem bolje konstrukcije te ponovnim postupkom međusobnog uspoređivanja se odabrala konstrukcija najpovoljnijih karakteristika. Finalno odabrana konstrukcija zadovoljava sve geometrijska i statička ograničenja. Razvijenim prihvatnim elementima se može ispitati krutost određenih komponenti motocikla te bi se na taj način simulacijski model mogao u potpunosti validirati.
Abstract (english)
By comparing initial structure design with two profiles with different dimensions, structure with better characteristics was chosen for subsequent analysis. Better structure is selected based on mutual stiffness and profile characteristics comparison and certain feature importance in total cycle of product development. With further enhancements of better structure and repeated procedure of mutual comparison, structure with optimal characteristics was adopted. Finally, selected structure fulfils all geometrical and load constraints. With developed additional structural members, stiffness of some motorcycle components can be tested and simulation model can be validated.
