Abstract
Postupkom reverznog inženjerstva, u ovom radu se analizira i optimira lopatica centrifugalne pumpe. Proces analize kreće od skeniranja objekta čija se geometrija zapisuje u obliku oblaka točaka. Kako bi se objekt mogao rekonstruirati te prilagoditi za daljnju optimizaciju oblika, koriste se parametarske B-Spline plohe. Takav zapis geometrije omogućuje velik stupanj slobode pri prilagođavanju na oblak točaka, preciznost, intuitivnost manipuliranja te mali broj varijabli optimiranja. Za prilagođavanje B-Spline plohe na površine lopatice koristile su se linearne i nelinearne metode optimizacije te se vršila njihova usporedba. Prilagođavanjem središnje B-Spline plohe koja predstavlja srednju plohu lopatice, omogućila se dodatna redukcija broja kontrolnih točaka. Nakon rekonstrukcije geometrije objekta, vrši se validacija CFD objekta te optimizacija uz pomoć računalne dinamike fluida i genetskog algoritma.
Abstract (english)
Within this work, the use of reverse engineering for the analysis and optimization of a centrifugal pump’s blade was performed. The analysis process starts from scanning of the object whose geometry is represented by a point cloud. For the reconstruction and adjustment of the object, considering further shape optimization, B-Spline surfaces are introduced. The geometry representation enables large degrees of freedom in fitting the surface on the point cloud, accuracy, intuitiveness of shape manipulation and low number of optimization variables. Linear and nonlinear optimization methods are performed in B-Spline surface fitting on the blade’s surface and their comparison was performed. Further reduction of control points was conducted by fitting a mean B-Spline surface which represents the blade’s mean surface. After the object’s reconstruction, CFD validation is performed as well as optimization with the use of CFD and a genetic algorithm.
