Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu objašnjene su osnove funkcioniranja vjetroagregata, te su prikazana moguća rješenja problema prijenosa snage. Dugi niz godina, jedno od glavnih rješenja je mehanički prijenos snage, odnosno planetarni prijenos, čiji je proračun prikazan kroz peto poglavlje „Proračun“. Osim što ima niz prednosti, postoji i jako puno problema koji se javljaju s upotrebom planetarnih prijenosa, kako je rečeno u tekstu. U novije vrijeme mehanički prijenos kod vjetroagregata, zbog prethodno rečenih problema, nailazi na jaku konkurenciju u ostalim prijenosnicima, spomenutim u prijašnjem tekstu. U daljnjoj budućnosti valja vidjeti dali će planetarni prijenos i dalje imati važnu ulogu kod vjetroagregata ili će u potpunosti nestati iz istih. To će uvelike ovisiti o napretku kako tehnologije izrade, tako i konstrukcijskih rješenja. Masa, veliki zamašni momenti, oštećenja ozubljenja, ubrzano trošenje ležajeva, skupo održavanje i ne tako jeftina proizvodnja samo su jedni od problema kojima se treba baviti kako bi se podigla iskoristivost planetarnih prijenosnika u vjetroagregatima.
Abstract (english)
This master thesis presents the basics of wind turbine operation and discusses possible solutions to the problem of power transmission. For decades, mechanical power transmission i.e. planetary transmission has been considered as one of the best possible solutions for the transmission of power. In the fifth chapter of this paper calculation of planetary transmission is presented. Despite the numerous advantages, there are also a lot of potential problems and shortcomings of using planetary transmission. As a result, this type of transmission is gaining increasing competition. It remains to be seen whether the planetary transmission will continue to play an important role in wind turbines or will be completely omitted and replaced with another type of transmission. That largely depends on the progress of both manufacturing technology and construction solutions. Mass, high thrust moments, gear damage, accelerated bearing wear, expensive maintenance, and not cheap production are just some of the issues to be addressed in order to raise the usability of planetary gears in wind turbines.
