This paper will analyze the method of making existing curved sections in a domestic shipyard, and will propose a new solution for the production of characteristic sections, which would achieve higher productivity and reduce the time of production of characteristic curved sections. The introductory part of the paper, will generally go through the types of shipyards, and the technological processes within the shipyard. The second chapter describes the process of material processing through the shipyard from the arrival of the raw material to the assembly on the shipway. The third chapter describes the characteristic ship, and the method of marking and dividing the hull of the ship within the shipyard. The fourth chapter will analyze the number of curved sections in relation to the flat sections of a characteristic ship. The production of characteristic sections, and their norms of production hours by phases can be seen in the fifth chapter. In the sixth chapter, a proposal is given to improve the production of characteristic sections, and an overview of the production of characteristic sections. Through the seventh chapter, a comparison of the activities of making characteristic sections of the already existing way of making will be made with the activities of making proposals for a new solution of making. In chapter eight it will perform calculation of making shell plate, do welding of that shell plate on curved section and do comparison of norm hours of making curve section beetwen 2 ways of doing that action.
