Abstract
U okviru ovog diplomskog rada je obrađena problematika izrade web aplikacije za poboljšanje timskog rada agilnih timova. U početnom dijelu rada je opisan pojam agilnog razvoja, objašnjena njegova definicija, navedene prednosti korištenja i pojašnjene najpoznatije agilne metodologije, pri čemu je posebno naglašena važnost i efektivnost Scrum metodologije. Pojašnjen je i pojam retrospektiva, koje su jedna od ključnih točaka ovog rada, te objašnjena njihova struktura i način na koje se provode u razvojnim timovima. Navedeni su i najpoznatiji alati za poboljšanje timskog rada agilnih timova. U sljedećem poglavlju je opisana arhitektura realiziranog sustava i navedene sve korištene tehnologije. Dan je vizualni pregled izgleda arhitekture sustava, te su priloženi svi mogući scenariji korištenja web aplikacije kroz niz slika. U posljednjem poglavlju su detaljnije opisane korištene tehnologije, te je detaljnije pojašnjen i prikazan način implementacije određenih dijelova web stranice, te ujedno pojašnjena i izrada serverske strane koja služi za prijenos podataka whiteboard-a među korisnicima.
Abstract (english)
For this master's thesis, the issue of developing a web application for improving teamwork in agile teams is discussed. In the first part of this thesis, term agile development has been described, along with its definition, and advantages. Most famous agile methodologies have been described, in which Scrum is specially emphasized due to its effectivenes and importance. The term of retrospectives has also been explained, which is one of the core points of this thesis. Also, the structure and the way retrospectives work has been discussed and explained. Some of the most popular tools for improving teamwork in agile teams have also been mentioned. In the next section, the arhitecture of the developed application, along with the list of all technologies used, has been discussed. A visual overview of the arhitecture has been given, along with all possible scenarios of using the web application via a set of images. In the last section, technologies that were used have been described in more detail, along with the implementation details of some parts of the web application. The server side, used for transmitting whiteboard data between users has also been discussed.
