Abstract
U ovom radu smo opisali glavne značajke biomehanike i ravnine u kojima se izvode osnovni pokreti. Nakon toga smo opisali problematiku dizanja utega te moguće ozljede. Pri određenim pokretima potrebno je poznavati kako pravilno aktivirati mišiće te koje su kontrakcije moguće za vrijeme pokreta. Kako bi proveli biomehaničku analizu detaljnije, uzeli smo nekoliko poznatih dizačkih pokreta, a to su: trzaj, mrtvo dizanje, nabačaj i stražnji čučanj. Odabrane vježbe su ujedno i najpoznatije te sudjeluju u aktivaciji više mišićnih skupina istovremeno, a ponekad i cijelog tijela. Iskoristili smo i mogućnost prikazivanja određene faze pokreta kako bi pobliže objasnili pravilne položaje tijela.
Abstract (english)
In this final thesis we have described the main features of biomechanics and the planes in which basic movements are performed. We have described the problem of lifting weights and possible injuries. With certain movements, it is necessary to know how to properly activate the muscles and what contractions are possible during those movements. To conduct the biomechanical analysis in more detail, we took a several well-known lifting movements including snatch, deadlift, clean and back squat. Selected exercises are also the most known and they are causing the activation of several muscle groups simultaneously and sometimes even the whole body. We also took the opportunity to show certain phases of the movements to explain the correct body positions in more detail.
