Abstract
U ovom završnom radu dan je kratki pregled povijesti i različitih izvedbi kočnica općenito te je objašnjena metodologija proračuna jedne od tih izvedbi, čeljusne bubanj kočnice te svih njenih elemenata. Proračun se sastoji od proračuna sila i momenata na konstrukciju, proračuna vretena, matice, spojne letve, svornjaka kao i svih pripadajućih zavara, te na kraju kontrole same površine kočenja na zagrijavanje, trošenje i površinski tlak. Nakon proračuna, u radu su priloženi i 2D kao i 3D crteži pripadajuće konstrukcije i sva potrebna dokumentacija. Trodimenzionalni model izrađen je u programskom paketu Autodesk Inventor dok su radionički i sklopni crteži izrađeni u programskom paketu AutoCAD.
Abstract (english)
This bachelor thesis contains short overview of history and different types of constructions of brakes in general, after that there is a guide containing methodology and process of construction of a caliper drum brake and all adjoining elements. Calculations contains all of the forces and torques on said construction, selection of threaded shaft and its accomopanying elements, connecting bar, clevis pin and all of the welds on the construction. After calculations, to the document there are attached 2D and 3D models of the construction, as well as all of the needed documentation. 3D model is made in a software called AutoDesk Inventor, while 2D drawings are made in AutoCAD.
