Abstract
U ovom radu je obrađen primjer implementacije YOLO arhitekture u C# programskom jeziku pomoću biblioteke ML.NET. Također su obrađeni neki potrebni osnovni pojmovi koji se direktno ili indirektno tiču umjetne inteligencije, odnosno dubo [5]kog učenja realiziranog konvolucijskim neuralnim mrežama. Ovaj rad nastoji funkcionalno objasniti strukturu konvolucijskih neuralnih mreža, ali također i zaključiti zašto je struktura točno takva kakva jest. Druga točka koje se ovaj rad dotiče je općenita YOLO arhitektura i ono što je razlikuje od ostalih neuralnih mreža svog vremena. Naposlijetku se ta saznanja iskoriste da bi se praktično realizirala aplikacija čija logika počiva na tim temeljima.
Abstract (english)
This bachelor's thesis paper titled „Object detection in images using the ML.NET library“ covers the topic of implementing YOLO architecture in C# by using the ML.NET library. It also covers some basic terms mandatory to understanding the thesis which are directly or indirectly linked to artificial intelligence; that is, deep learning realized through convoluted neural networks. In this paper it is attempted to functionally explain the structure of CNNs, but also conclude why that same structure is so similar to the cerebral complex. The second term the paper covers is the general YOLO architecture and what differentiates it from other neural networks of its time. In the main part of the paper that knowledge is used to create a practical example of those principles at work.
