Abstract
U ovom smo radu opisali od čega se sastoji jedno vozilo, tj. koji su njegovi osnovni dijelovi. To nazivamo vozni sklop vozila (karoserija, kočioni sustav, upravljački sustav, ovjes, kotači i pneumatika). Svaki od ovih temeljnih dijelova je opisan u poglavljima rada. Napravljena je usporedba između temeljnih dijelova, te su opisani i materijali koji se koriste, što je jako bitno kako bi se poboljšala automobilska industrija. Karoserija je dimenzijama najveći dio voznog sklopa vozila, pa je njezina težina jako bitna, što ovisi o materijalima izrade. Za bitnije dijelove naveli smo koliko često se trebaju mijenjati, jesu li skloni trošenju ili uništavanju. Kod nekih dijelova kao što su ovjes i upravljački sustav, pa čak i kočni jako je bitna redovna provjera, prvenstveno radi sigurnosti vozača i ostalih putnika, što recimo i nije toliko bitno kod karoserije, čiji se dijelovi ne moraju odmah zamijeniti.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the build of a vehicle, main parts which make the vehicle assembly (bodywork, breaking and steering system, suspension, wheels and pneumatics). Each of these parts have been described in the paper’s headers. A comparison has been made between each of them. Materials which are used to craft these parts are also covered. They have a great importance in making the vehicle industry better. By size, the bodywork is the biggest part of the vehicle and the heaviest. Its weight depends on the materials used therefore they must be picked properly. It is also stated how often other important main parts should be changed, as well as their propensity to wear. There is a high importance on regularly checking the suspension, breaking and steering systems for the drivers and passengers safety, as oppose to the bodywork which parts don’t have to be changed or fixed immediately.
