Abstract
U radu su dane osnovne relacije koje opisuju Darlingtonov kaskadni spoj tranzistora. To se odnosi na faktor strujnog pojačanja i ulazni otpor sklopa. Izvršena je simulacija rada sklopa na računalu.
Abstract (english)
Paper brings theoretical basics related to Darlington cascade circuit of bipolar transistors. This is related to current gain factor and input resistance. Simulation of operation applying PC simulation tool is been done also.
