Abstract
Glavni cilj ovoga rada jest ispitivanje obradivosti nehrđajućeg čelika koji je okarakteriziran kao jedan od čelika koji se najviše koriste. Međutim, nehrđajući čelici se teže obrađuju od ugljičnih čelika te je potrebna veća snaga za njihovu obradu. Najsličniji ugljičnim čelicima su feritni nehrđajući čelici s najvećim indeksom obradivosti. Da bi materijal bio dobro obradiv te kako bi dobili kvalitetan obradak, potrebno je koristiti sredstva za podmazivanje i hlađenje. Kod alatnog stroja se najčešće koriste ulja i emulzije da bi se smanjilo trenje, očuvao alat i sačuvao stroj od pretjeranog zagrijavanja. Cijeli postupak glodanja je programiran u programu WinNC ručno kodom i u ShopMillu. U Laboratoriju za alatne strojeve, na Fakultetu, na alatnom stroju naziva Spinner VC560, glodalima promjera 63 mm, 40 mm i 8 mm, napravljen je završni obradak u obliku stepeničaste ili stao piramide sa zadanim dimenzijama. Alati korišteni za obradu nehrđajućih čelika moraju biti kruti, a brzine rezanja manje. Za bušenje se koriste svrdla od brzoreznog čelika, koji je često legiran kobaltom.
Abstract (english)
The main goal of this work is to test machinability of stainless steel which is characterized as one of the most widely used steels. But, stainless steels are more difficult to process than carbon steels a require more power to process them. The most similar to carbon steels are feritic stainless steels with the highest machinability index. In order for the material to be well workable and in the order to obtain a quality workpiece, it is necessary to use lubricants and coolants. Olis and emulsions are most commonly used in machine tool to reduce friction, preserve the tool and keep machine from overheating. The entire milling process is programmed in WinNC manually with code and in ShopMill. In the premises of FESB on a machine tool called Spinner VC560, milling cutters with a diameters of 63 mm, 40 mm and 8 mm, a piece was made in a form of a stepped pyramid with given dimensions. Tools used for processing stainless steels must be rigid and the cutting speed low. Highspeed drills, which are often cobalt-alloyed, are used for drilling.
