Abstract
Ovim radom predstavljeni su compliant mehanizmi. Rad daje odgovor na pitanje zašto i kad upotrijebiti compliant mehanizme umjesto klasičnih te koje su njihove prednosti odnosno mane u usporedbi s klasičnim mehanizmima. Objašnjava fizikalni princip rada i pruža pregled postojećih pristupa proračunu. Praktični dio rada je korištenje compliant mehanizma pri izradi okvira naočala. Za proračun je korištena metoda konačnih elemenata u programu Solidworks kombinirano s programom ModeFrontier. Dobiveni okvir naočala se izrađuje postupkom brze izrade prototipa.
Abstract (english)
The master thesis presents compliant mechanisms. The master thesis provides an answer to the question why and when to use compliant mechanisms instead of classical ones and when are their advantages or disadvantages compared to classical mechanisms, The physical principle of operation is explained and an overview od existing approaches to calculation is provided. The practical part of the thesis is the use of a compliant mechanism in construction of the glasses frame. The finite element method in Solidworks combined with ModeFrontier was used for the calculation. The resulting frame of the glasses is made by the proces of rapid prototyping.
