Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu obrađena je tema razvoja uređaja za određivanje brzine i smjera vjetra uz dodatne senzore za mjerenje temperature, vlažnosti i tlaka zraka. Uređaj je baterijski napajan s namjerom montiranja na mjestima uz more s direktnim utjecajem vjetra za što realnija mjerenja. Nakon očitanih senzorskih podataka, isti se preko LoRa tehnologije šalju na prijemnik koji ih dalje putem WiFi mreže šalje na server. Svi podaci se spremaju u bazu podataka, a korisnici im pristupaju putem web stranice gdje su vizualizirani u raznim grafovima. Određivanje brzine vjetra temelji se na brojanju rotacija čašica anemometra i za to potrebnog vremena uz prethodnu kalibraciju s komercijalnim anemometrom. Smjer vjetra dobiva se očitanjem uzorka na disku koji se rotira zajedno sa vanjskim krilcem sukladno o smjeru vjetra. Primijenjeni su razni koncepti smanjenja potrošnje struje kako bi baterija uređaja trajala što duže.
Abstract (english)
In this master's thesis, we showed the development of a device for measuring wind speed and wind direction with additional sensors for measuring temperature, humidity, and pressure. A device is battery-powered to mount near the sea in open space, so it's directly affected by the wind for precise measurements. After reading the sensor data, it is sent to the receiver via LoRa technology, which then sends it to the server via a WiFi network. All data is stored in a database and users can access it through the website, where it is visualized in various graphs. Determining the wind speed is based on counting the rotations of the anemometer cups and the elapsed time. A device has been calibrated with a commercial anemometer. The wind direction is obtained by reading the pattern on the disk, which rotates together with the outer wing according to the wind direction. Various concepts have been applied to reduce power consumption in order to make the device's battery last as long as possible.
