Abstract
U okviru rada obrađeni su sustavi za nadzor mrežne infrastrukture na razini organizacija. Rad se bavi nadzorom, ne i upravljanjem nadziranim uređaja. U prvom dijelu rada objašnjen je sam princip rada sustava, podatci koji se dohvaćaju i na koje najpopularnije načine se dohvaćaju. Zatim je obrađen kratak pregled popularnih rješenja otvorenog i zatvorenog kôda, u vidu prednosti i nedostataka pojedinih rješenja. U drugom dijelu rada odrađen je praktični dio koji je izveden implementacijom, testiranjem i analizom Nagios core i Zabbix sustava na Raspberry Pi računalu. Analizirane su karakteristike, korisničko sučelje i navedeni su komentari za moguća poboljšanja gdje je to bilo moguće.
Abstract (english)
As part of this thesis, software for monitoring network infrastructure for organisations was examined. This paper deals with monitoring, but not management. Principles of how these systems work, data that is being retrieved and popular ways of retrieving data were processed in the first part of the paper. A brief summary of popular open and closed-source solutions is presented with the advantages and disadvantages of each solution. In the second part of the paper, implementation, testing and analysis of Nagios core and Zabbix system on Raspberry Pi are presented. Features and user interface are analysed, and comments on possible upgrades are suggested where they were possible.
