Abstract
U završnom radu pod nazivom “Hlađenje AFPM motora” obrađen je cjelokupan postupak koji se primjenjuje prilikom projektiranja hlađenja bilo kojeg stroja. U radu je dan osvrt na sve postupke koji su trebali biti detaljno shvaćeni i primijenjeni. Posebno se pazilo da gubici budu izračunati za najnepovoljniju moguću situaciju, kako bi se rizik otkazivanja bilo kojeg elementa uslijed pregrijavanja doveo na minimum. Najvažnije stvar bila je osigurati magnete i namote statora. Ta dva elementa su podložna kvaru jer imaju nizak prag tolerancije na temperaturu. Na osnovu rezultata i provedenih istraživanja projekt ispunjava zadane kriterije, a utvrđeni nedostatci bit će eliminirani korištenjem materijala veće toplinske vodljivosti.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis entitled "Cooling of AFPM motors" the entire procedure for designing the cooling of any electric machine is covered. The paper provides an overview of all procedures that should have been thoroughly understood and applied. Special care was taken to calculate the losses for the worst possible situation, in order to minimize the risk of failure of any element due to overheating. The most important thing was to secure the magnets and stator windings. Those two elements are susceptible to failure because they have a low temperature tolerance threshold. Based on the results and conducted research, the project meets the given criteria, and the identified deficiencies will be eliminated by using materials with higher thermal conductivity.
