Abstract
U okviru ovog rada realiziran je simulacijski model za APFC. Primjenom lineariziranog modela napravljena je sinteza regulacijskog sustava jednofaznog diodnog ispravljača s uzlaznim pretvaračem na način da je prvo napravljen izbor i proračun parametara za APFC. Odabrani i izračunati parametri simulacije su sljedeći: frekvencija 50 Hz, sklopna frekvencija 100 kHz, ulazni napon 230 V, izlazni napon 400 V, izlazna snaga 1509 W, induktivitet zavojnice 0,8 mH i kapacitet kondenzatora 2,8 mF. Zatim je kreirana unutarnja, strujna regulacijska petlja za regulaciju struje zavojnice te vanjska, naponska regulacijska petlja za regulaciju izlaznog napona. Regulacija struje zavojnice izvršena je pomoću PI regulatora na način da fazna pričuva otvorene regulacijske petlje struje iznosi 45° na frekvenciji koja iznosi desetinu sklopne frekvencije. Regulacija izlaznog napona realizirana je također pomoću PI regulatora, jedina je razlika da fazna pričuva iznosi 45° na frekvenciji koja odgovara 1/10 amplitude drugog harmonika. Nadalje, pokrenuta je simulacija u programskom paketu MATLAB Simulink te su analizirane razne veličine kao što su: faktor snage, THD, valovitost struje zavojnice, valovitost izlaznog napona itd. Poslije toga je ispitana stabilnost sustava za slučaj promjene ulaznog napona u rasponu od 184 V do 276 V (±20 %), a potom je izvršena i analiza sustava s obzirom na različite vrijednosti otpora tereta u rasponu od 𝑅/2 do 2R. Naposljetku, napravljena je dinamička analiza sustava na skokovitu promjenu otpora trošila sa 106 Ω na 53 Ω.
Abstract (english)
Within this thesis, a simulation model for APFC was realized. By applying the linearized model, synthesis of the control system of a single-phase diode rectifier with the boost converter was made in a way that the selection and calculation of the parameters for APFC were done first. Selected and calculated simulation parameters for the APFC model are as follows: frequency 50 Hz, switching frequency 100 kHz, input voltage 230 V, output voltage 400 V, output power 1509 W, inductor 0,8 mH and capacitor 2,8 mF. Then the inner current control loop was designed to control the inductor current as well as the outer voltage control loop to control the output voltage. The inductor current was controlled using a PI controller in a way that the phase margin of the open current loop is 45° at the frequency equal to one tenth of the switching frequency. Control of the output voltage was also realized using a PI controller, the only difference is that the phase margin is 45° at the frequency that corresponds to the one tenth of the second harmonic amplitude. Furthermore, simulation of the model was run in the MATLAB Simulink software package and several quantities were analyzed, such as: power factor, THD, inductor current ripple, output voltage ripple etc. Afterwords, stability of the system was tested during the input voltage change over the range from 184 V to 276 V (±20 %), and then the system stability was tested with different load resistances over the range from 𝑅/2 do 2R. Finally, the model analysis was made for the rapid load resistance change from 106 Ω to 53 Ω.
