Abstract
U teorijskom dijelu završnog rada opisani su fizikalni mehanizmi pretvorbe svjetlosne energije u električnu energiju, osnovni princip rada solarne ćelije, parametri ćelije te neki od najzastupnijih materijala od kojih se sama ćelija izrađuje, te primjena tih principa u korištenju solarnih ćelija. U praktičnom dijelu završnog rada izvršena su mjerenja strujno-naponskih karakteristika dviju ćelija (amorfne i polikristalne) pri osvjetljenju različitim intezitetima i tipova svjetlosti (dnevna svjetlost, difuzna svjetlost...) Na taj način utvrđene su ovisnosti parametara solarne ćelije (fill faktor, efikasnost) o tipu i intezitetu upadnog svjetla.
Abstract (english)
The theoretical part of the final work describes the physical mechanisms of converting light energy into electrical energy, the basic principle of solar cell operation, cell parameters and some of the most common materials from which the cell itself is made out of, and the application of these principles in the using of solar cells. In the practical part of the final work, measurements of the current-voltage characteristics were performed for two cells (amorphous and polycrystalline) when illuminated with different intensities and types of light (daylight, diffused light...) In this way, the dependences of the solar cell parameters (fill factor, efficiency ) on the type and intensity of incident light was determined.
