Abstract
Kroz ovaj završni rad napravljen je program za upravljanje CNC štancama. Prikazana su i ukratko objašnjene tehnologije koje su se koristile pri razvoju programa. Analizirane su prednosti koje donosi grafičko sučelje programa u odnosu na terminalski način korištenja programa. Prikazan je način kreiranja Windows form aplikacija kroz zadani program i njegovi zasebni dijelovi i funkcionalnosti. Objašnjene su matematičke formule koje su dovele do razvoja programa i kombinacija istih s programiranjem. Navedene su osnovne naredbe Gkoda i značenje istih Analizirani su parametri koji se unose u program i njihova značenja te sami proces korištenja programa. Prikazan je praktični primjer korištenja programa, koji je na kraju rezultirao gotovim proizvodom. Na kraju dane su teze i moguće implementacije programa kroz neke druge CNC strojeve.
Abstract (english)
Through this project there was developed program for managing CNC punch presses. The technology that are used while developing are summarized and explained. Advantages brought by the graphic user interface in relation to the terminal way of using the programme are analysed. Way of using Windows form application in the certain program and separate parts of programme and it's functionalities are presented. Mathematical formulas that led to the development of the program and combinations thereof with programming are explained. Basic commands of the G code and significance of the same that are used in programme are shown. Parameters that need to be inputed in programme and their significance and also the process of using the program are analyzed. A practical example exported by the programme, which resulted with finished product, is presented. At the end thesis and possible implementation of the program through some other CNC machines are given.
