Abstract
Agilne metode razvoja softvera baziraju se na iterativnom razvoju, pri čemu je proces razvoja softverskog sustava razložen na više manjih dijelova, odnosno iteracija. Agilne metode stavljaju naglasak na ljude i njihove međusobne odnose, suradnju s klijentima, upotrebljiv i koristan softver i mogućnost brze reakcije na potencijalne promjene. Razvoj softvera, u dobu gdje većina organizacija pokušava postići što viši stupanj agilnosti, nezamisliv je bez alata koji služe kao podrška različitim procesima razvoja. U ovom završnom radu predstavili su se osnovni procesi u agilnom razvoju softvera te kako pojedini alati potpomažu te procese. Detaljnija analiza odrađena je za alate za upravljanje projektima u koje se integrira veliki broj ostalih alata i koji tako predstavljaju središnje mjesto kolaboracije razvojnog tima. U radu su analizirana dva komercijalno dostupna alata za upravljanje projektima - Jira Software i Trello. Trello je odlično rješenje za brojne projekte u različitim organizacijama, ali Jira Software je bolje rješenje za organizacije čije je osnovno poslovanje razvoj i održavanje softverskih proizvoda. Analizirano besplatno i open-source rješenje Kanboard ima solidan set značajki, ali najveći nedostatak ovog alata je ograničen broj drugih aplikacija i proširenja koja se mogu integrirati u njega.
Abstract (english)
Agile software development methods are based on iterative development, where the software system development process is divided into several smaller parts called iterations. Agile methods put emphasis on people and their interactions, collaboration with clients, usable and useful software and the ability to quickly react to potential changes. Software development, in an age where most organizations are trying to achieve the highest possible level of agility, is unimaginable without tools that serve to support different development processes. This undergraduate thesis presented the basic processes in agile software development and how certain tools support these processes. A more detailed analysis was done for project management tools that integrate a large number of other tools and thus represent the central point of collaboration of the development team. In this undergraduate thesis, two commercially available project management tools were analyzed - Jira Software and Trello. Trello is a great solution for a variety of projects in different organizations, but Jira Software is a better solution for organizations whose core business is developing and maintaining software products. The analyzed free and open-source solution Kanboard has a solid set of features, but the biggest drawback of this tool is the limited number of other applications and tools that can be integrated into it.
