Abstract
Tema ovog rada je vezana uz zgrade gotovo nulte energije (nZEBeng. nearly Zero Energy Building) s težištem na staklenim fasadama. Na početku rada su kratko opisane nZEB, mjere energetske učinkovitosti i tipovi staklenih fasada te njihova primjena. Nakon toga je u programu Autodesk Revit v 2021.1.2 napravljen osnovni i energetski model. Pri tome se pazilo na određene normative kako bi se omogućilo zadovoljavanje propisanih energetskih zahtjeva. Sami odabir energetski mjera za povećanje energetske učinkovitosti je proveden u programu Autodesk Insight 360, koji nudi različite mogućnosti optimalnih rješenja. Ta rješenja se razlikuju po utjecaju na uštedu primarne energije i investicijski troškova, a smanjenje tih faktora rezultira povećanjem energetske učinkovitosti. Ponuđena rješenja; dodavanja sustava kontrole rasvjete, ugradnja solarnih panela, promjena sustava grijanja, ugradnja novih stakala na fasadu i sjenila za stakla, su zapravo varijable optimizacije. Proces približavanja objekta nZEB standardu je predviđen kao postupak optimizacije koji poboljšanje energetske učinkovitosti postiže kombinacijom različitih energetskih mjera koja nudi korišteni program. Konačno dobiveni rezultat nakon je djelomično zadovoljavajući, budući da se nije ispunio nZEB kriterij kada je u pitanju primarna energija iako se značajno utjecalo na energetske karakteristike stambene zgrade u Splitu.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is related to nZEB nearly Zero Energy Buildings with a focus on glass facades. At the begining of the paper are briefly described nZEB, energy efficiency measures and types of glass facades and their application. After that, the basic and energy model was created in Autodesk Revit v 2021.1.2. In doing so, attention was paid to certain norms in order to enable meeting the prescribed energy requirements. The selection of the application of energy measures of the object was carried out in the program Autodesk Insight 360, which offers various possibilities of optimal solutions. The solutions differ in their impact on primary energy savings and investment costs, and reuction of these factors results ina n increase in energy efficiency. Offered solutions; adding a lighting control system, installing solar panels, changing the heating system, installing new glass on the facade and window shades, are actually optimization variables. The process of bringing the facility closer to the nZEB standard is envisaged as an optimization procedure that improves energy efficiency by combining different energy measures offered by the program used. The finally obtained result is partially satisfactory, since the nZEB criterion was not met when it comes to primary energy, even though the energy performance of the residental building in Split were significantly affected.
