Abstract
Diplomski rad dio je ''Tvornice koja uči'' na FESB-u. Glavni cilj rada je oblikovanje radnog stola i zaštitne kabine za CNC glodalicu te provedba analize metodom konačnih elemenata na svim dijelovima, uključujući i vijke. Rad je započet detaljnim opisom metodologije dizajna za proizvodnju i montažu. Dane su smjernice za dizajn za proizvodnju te analiza troškova. Navedeni su načini procjene i smanjenja troškova te je opisana uloga CAE-a (engl. Computer Aided Engineering). Potom je opisana metoda konačnih elemenata, prikazani su oblici konačnih elemenata te su navedeni koraci rješavanja problema koristeći se navedenom metodom. Nakon toga slijedi detaljan prikaz modeliranja radnog stola i zaštitne kabine, uključujući i sitne detalje, koristeći se programom Siemens NX. U zadnjem poglavlju objašnjen je postupak generiranja mreže konačnih elemenata, opisani su svi problemi koji se javljaju prilikom tog postupka i njihovo rješavanje te je rad zaključen analizom rezultata simulacije. Analiza rezultata je obavljena za deformaciju tj. pomak i za naprezanja prema Von Misesu uslijed opterećenja koja se javljaju pri obradi na cijeloj konstrukciji. Dobiveni rezultati naprezanja i deformacija su zadovoljavajući, njihovi iznosi su minimalni te se mogu zanemariti. Cijela konstrukcija napravljena je tako da ju je moguće proširiti. Na taj način se budućim generacijama omogućava daljnji rad i primjena različitih znanja na njoj u vidu raznovrsnih unapređenja poput širenja radnog prostora, primjene robota, implementiranja Industrije 4.0, itd
Abstract (english)
The diploma thesis is part of the "Learning Factory" at FESB. The main goal of the work is to design a work table and a protective cabin for a CNC milling machine and to perform FEM analysis on all elements, including screws. The work began with a description of the DFMA methodology where DFM and DFA are described in detail. Guidelines for DFM and cost analysis are provided. Methods for estimating and reducing costs are outlined, and the role of CAE in DFMA is described. Then, the finite element method is described, finite element shapes are shown and steps to solve the problem using this method are outlined. This is followed by a detailed demonstration of the modeling of the work table and protective cabin, including small details, using Siemens NX. The last chapter explains the procedure of generating a finite element mesh, describes all the problems that occur during this procedure and describes their solution. It also concludes the analysis of the simulation results. The analysis of the results was performed for deformation, ie displacement and for stresses according to Von Mises due to loads that occur during machining on the entire structure. The obtained results of stress and strain are satisfactory, their amounts are minimal and can be neglected. The whole construction is made so that it can be expanded. In this way, future generations are enabled to continue working and apply various knowledge on it in the form of various improvements such as expanding the workspace, the use of robots, the implementation of Industry 4.0, etc.
