Abstract
Diplomski rad je izrađen u sklopu Tvornice koja uči na FESB-u. Cilj diplomskog rada je napraviti u programskom paketu Siemens NX 12.0 3D model mosta i suporta CNC glodalice te napraviti FEM analizu konstrukcije. U prvim poglavljima su opisani računalno upravljani strojevi, postupak obrade odvajanja čestica glodanjem. Detaljno je objašnjen koncept Tvornica koje uče te prikazana FESB-ova Tvornica koja uči. Zatim je prikazan razvoj mosta i suporta CNC glodalice od idejnog rješenja, preko skice, 3D modela i FEM analize konstrukcije. Objašnjena je pritom metoda konačnih elemenata. Pri izradi su korištene smjernice Dizajna za proizvodnju i Dizajna za montažu. Najvažniji zahtjev postavljen pri modeliranju konstrukcije je zadovoljavajuća krutost iste. Što je veća krutost konstrukcije, točniji će biti obratci kod glodanja. FEM analizom u softveru NX Nastran utvrđeno je da su pomaci uslijed sila kod glodanja malog iznosa te da je krutost zadovoljavajuća.
Abstract (english)
The master's thesis was prepared within the FESB Learning Factory. The aim of the thesis is to make 3D model of the bridge and support CNC milling machine using Siemens NX 12.0 software and make a FEM analysis of the structure. The first chapters describe computercontroled machines, and process of milling. The concept of Learning Factories is explained in detail and the FESB Learning Factory is presented. Then, the development of the bridge and the support of the CNC milling machine from the conceptual design, through the sketch, 3D model and FEM analysis of the structure is presented. The finite element method is explained. The guidelines of Production Design and Assembly Design were used in the production. The most important requirement set in the modeling of the structure is the proper stiffness. The accuracy of the milling workpieces is proportional to stiffness of the structure. FEM analysis in the NX Nastran software showed that the displacements due to the forces of milling are small and that the stiffness is satisfactory.
