Abstract
Rad se bavi modeliranjem i numeričkom analizom toka vode unutar Francis turbina A i B hidroelektrane Zakučac prije revitalizacije, odnosno turbinama koje su zamijenjene 2012. godine. Na temelju dobivenih 2D nacrta vršilo se dimenzioniranje svih dijelova Francis turbine osim lopatica rotora u programu „Design modeler“ koji je sastavni dio programskog paketa „Ansys“. Navedene lopatice rotora su zbog svoje dvostruke zakrivljenosti mjerene pomoću 3D skenera, te su preko programa „Rhino“ unesene u program „Design modeler“ i pridružene ostalim dijelovima modeliranog toka vode. Nakon dimenzioniranja toka vode unutar Francis turbine, pristupilo se generiranju mreže konačnih volumena čija kvaliteta je direktno povezana s kvalitetom dobivenih rezultata. Na temelju kvalitetne generirane mreže konačnih volumena pristupa se postavljanju parametara za numeričku analizu u kojima se definira materijal, model strujanja, definiranje mirujućeg i rotirajućeg dijela. U ovom radu su prikazane numeričke analize za realistični K-ε model strujanja. Posljednji dio rada je posvećen prikazu dobivenih rezultata kao i usporedbom s dobivenim rezultatima.
Abstract (english)
This work is about designing and numeral analysis of water flow inside the Francis turbines A and B of Zakučac hydro power plant, before revitalisation, that is turbines that have been replaced in 2012. Based on 2D draft given, sizing of all parts of the Francis turbines except rotor blades, have been made in the program "Design modeler" which is an integral part of program package "Ansys". Due to their double curvature, rotor blades were measured with 3D scanner, and through "Rhino" software introduced to "Design modeler" and attached to other parts of modular water flow. After sizing the water flow inside the Francis turbine, generating of network of finite volume had been made, which quality is directly connected to quality of the results given. Based on quality generated network of finite volume, it was approached to setting parameters for numeral analysis in which material is defined, model of flow, and static and rotating part were defined. This work presented numeral analysis for realisable K-ε turbulence model. The last part of the work is dedicated to display of the results given, and also comparison to the given results.
