Abstract
U uvodnom dijelu rada opisane su metalne pjene, njihova građa, postupci proizvodnje, svojstva te njihova primjena. Ispitivanja svojstava metalnih pjena još su u razvoju, a imaju veliki potencijal u primjeni jer oponašaju strukturu prirodnih ćelijastih materijala. Cilj ovog magistarskog rada bio je razraditi proces proizvodnje prekursora za izradu metalne pjene. Razviti koncept, projektirati i izraditi napravu iza izradu prekursora. Razraditi način pripreme i miješanja komponenti aluminijevog praha i titanova hidrida (TiH2) kao elementa za pjenjene, proizvesti prekursor metodama komprimiranja.
Abstract (english)
The introductory part of the paper describes metal foams, their structure, production methods, properties and their application. Tests of the properties of metal foams are still in development, and have great potential in application because they mimic the structure of natural cellular materials. The aim of this master's thesis was to develop the process of production of precursor for the production of metal foam. Develop a concept, design and build a device for the making of the precursor. Elaborate the method of preparation and mixing of components of aluminum powder and titanium hydride (TiH2) as foaming agent, produce precursor using compressing methods.
