Abstract
U ovom radu objašnjeno je mjerenje sila, tlaka i momenta. Danas u svijetu, nakon svakog novog proizvoda mora se vršiti ispitivanje ili mjerenje na tom proizvodu da bi se ustanovila njegova pouzdanost i točnost. Bez mjerenja ne možemo biti sigurni da je kvaliteta proizvoda dobra, te da smo zadovoljili osnovne uvjete za njegovu prodaju i zadovoljavanje potreba i želja kupca. Danas su sila, talk i moment prisutni u gotovo svakom pogonskom stroju, jer da ih nema ništa se ne bi moglo pokrenuti. Iz toga razloga u svakom trenutku je bitno pratiti njihove parametre te da budu u granicama normalne, jer svako prekoračenje parametra može biti znak neke deformacije ili uzrok nekog kvara. Kako se razvijala tehnologija kroz povijest, tako su se razvijali instrumenti i metode za mjerenje ovih fizikalnih veličina. U prošlosti su ljudi ručno mjerili te fizikalne veličine, no danas je sve automatizirano i taj posao obavljaju senzori i pretvarači kao npr. elektrootporne mjerne trake koje su u radu detaljno opisane. Opisan je princip rada, vrste traka, način spajanja u Wheatstoneov most te je izvršeno njihovo testiranje u realnim uvjetima kako bi se dokazala njihova točnost i pouzdanost.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the measurement of forces, pressure and torque is explained. Today in the world, after every new product, a test or measurement must be performed on that product in order to establish its reliability and accuracy. Without measurement, we cannot be sure that the quality of the product is good, and that we have met the basic conditions for its sale and meeting the needs and desires of the customer. Today, force, talc and torque are present in almost every drive machine, because without them nothing could be started. For this reason, it is important to monitor their parameters at all times and to be within normal limits, because any exceeding of the parameters can be a sign of a deformation or the cause of a malfunction. As technology has evolved throughout history, so have instruments and methods been developed to measure these physical quantities. In the past, people measured these physical quantities by hand, but today everything is automated and this work is done by sensors and transducers such asstrain gauges, which are described in detail in the paper. The principle of operation, types of gauges, the method of connection to the Wheatstone bridge are described, and their testing in real conditions was performed in order to prove their accuracy and reliability.
