Abstract
Razvijanje industrije i odmak od masovne proizvodnje u smjeru masovne prilagodbe uvjetuju prilagođavanje proizvodnih sustava. Posljedično tome, svoje mjesto u industriji su pronašli kolaborativni roboti, cobot, čiji rad je zasnivan na konceptu interakcije čovjekrobot. Svrha njihovog rada je čovjeku dati mogućnost da djeluje na zadacima visoke vrijednosti, a da cobot obavlja monotone i ponavljajuće radnje. Dakle, cobot mora biti dizajniran tako da svojim karakteristikama odgovara interakciji sa čovjekom, optimizira proces i da bude visoko prilagodljiv. Mobilne robotske stanice su osmišljene, upravo, da budu visoko prilagodljive. Zbog svog dizajna jednostavno se prilagođavaju promjenama radnog okruženja. Ovisno o svrsi koju treba ispuniti, mobilne stanice moraju zadovoljiti kriterije koji su postavljeni, te ih se može vrednovati i tako izabrati alternativa koja najbolje odgovara uvjetima. Slijedom navedenih činjenica, dolazi se do zaključka da je glavni cilj robotizacije optimizirati proces. Optimizirati ga odnosu na čovjeka i uz maksimalnu fleksibilnost.
Abstract (english)
The development of industry and deviation from mass production in the direction of mass customization demands the adaptation of production systems. Consequently, collaborative robots, cobots, have found their place in the industry, whose work is based on the concept of human-robot interaction. The purpose of their work is to give human the opportunity to act on tasks of high value, and for the cobot to perform monotonous and repetitive actions. Therefore, the cobot must be designed so that its characteristics correspond to the interaction with humans, optimize the process and be highly adaptable. Mobile robotic stations have been designed exactly to be highly adaptable. Due to their design, they easily adapt to changes in the work environment. Depending on the purpose to be met, mobile stations must meet the criteria set, and they can be evaluated and thus choose the alternative that best suits the conditions. Following these facts, it is concluded that the main goal of robotics is to optimize the process. Optimize it in relation to man and with maximum flexibility.
