Abstract
U diplomskom radu projektirana je naprava za odsijecanje uljeva injekcijskog prešanja kao moguće poboljšano rješenje postojeće naprave koja trenutno obavlja navedeni zadatak. U drugom poglavlju opisan je proizvod za koji se dizajnira naprava za odsijecanje uljeva. U trećem poglavlju rada teorijski su obrađeni polimerni materijali kao materijal proizvodnje bočnog branika. U četvrtom poglavlju detaljno je opisana tehnologija proizvodnje, injekcijsko prešanje. U petom poglavlju detaljno je opisano konstruiranje postojeće naprave za odsijecanje kanala, svi njeni sustavi, prednosti i mane, te su ponuđena neka moguća poboljšanja. U šestom poglavlju projektirana je nova varijanta naprave za odsijecanje uljevnih kanala, koja bi zadatak trebala obavljati učinkovitije, što je u sedmom poglavlju provjereno pomoću AHP metode višekriterijskog odlučivanja koja matematičkim putem po zadanim kriterijima kao rezultat daje najisplativiju alternativu za obavljanje zadatka.
Abstract (english)
In this Master’s Thesis desingning of device for cutting outlet channel system of the car side bumper was described, after the process of injection molding, and offered as the new improved option for the existing device which currently does the task. In the second chapter of the thesis the product which is the center part of the thesis is described. In the third chapter theoretical description of the used material (polymer) is described. In the fourth chapter the technology of production (injection molding) is described in detail. In the fifth chapter of the thesis the current device which does the task is thoroughly described. On the grounds of it, the new and improved device was modeled and described in the sixth chapter which should do the task more efficiently. Thesis is ending with the seventh chapter whereby the multi-criteria analysis AHP, conducted on the mathematical grounds based on the set criteria, two of the set alternatives of the devices are graded and the most optimal alternative is given.
