Abstract
U ovom radu opisan je tarifni sustav Republike Hrvatske te detaljno prikazane tarifne stavke u kategoriji poduzetništva. Također su opisani tarifni modeli i cijene tarifnih sustava BiH i Crne Gore koji su značajni zbog lokacije industrijskih potrošača na kojima su provedene tehno – ekonomske analize . Nadalje, objašnjeno je što su to baterijski sustavi za pohranu energije. Opisana je njihova struktura, odnosno najvažniji elementi koji sačinjavaju takav sustav i navedene sve funkcije moguće primjene baterijskih sustava, bilo da se radi o mrežnim ili izvan mrežnim funkcijama. Nakon toga, detaljno je razrađena funkcija maksigrafa na primjeru tvornice, odnosno industrijskog potrošača lociranog u BiH i tvornice u Crnoj Gori. Na temelju ulaznih podataka o potrošnji svake tvornice, i temeljem pripadajućih tarifnih sustava, odnosno tarifnih modela, korištenjem algoritma implementiranog u excel – u dobiveni su rezultati isplativosti ugradnje različitih baterijskih sustava. Nakon provedene analize te proučavanjem rezultata izvedeni su zaključci o implementaciji baterijskih sustava za pohranu energije gdje je fokus primjena smanjivanja vršnih vrijednosti maksigrafa
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the tariff system of the Republic of Croatia and presents in detail the tariff items in the category of business. Tariff models and prices of tariff systems of BiH and Montenegro are also described, which are significant due to the locations of industrial consumers where techno-economic analyzes were done. Furthermore, it is explained what battery storage systems are. Their structure is described, ie the most important elements that make up such a system, and all the functions that can be applied to battery systems, whether working on grid or off grid, are listed. After that, the function of maxigraph was elaborated in detail on the industrial consumers located in BiH and factories in Montenegro. Based on the input data on the consumption of each factory, and based on the associated tariff systems, ie tariff models, using the algorithm implemented in Excel - the results of the cost-effectiveness of installing different battery systems are obtained. After the analyzes and the study of the results, conclusions were drawn on the implementation of battery energy storage systems where the focus is on the application of reducing the peak values of the maxigraph.
