Abstract
Zračni tuneli još se nazivaju i aerotunelima ili aerodinamičkim tunelima, a zapravo se radi o laboratorijskom postrojenju za eksperimentalnu aerodinamiku. Ono što se radi u jednom takvom postrojenju je simulacija kretanja zraka, a sve se to dakako kontrolira te bilježi kakav učinak ima. Zračni tunel služi za ispitivanje aerodinamičkih svojstava tijela, odnosno za određivanje slike strujanja fluida, momenata i sila koji na aeroprofil djeluju kada se on nalazi u struji fluida. Fluid, a to je najčešće zrak, u ovom se tunelu ubrzava do maksimalne brzine te se prati kako aeroprofil reagira na takve uvjete. Zračni tunel može biti otvorenog ili zatvorenog tipa. U zatvorenom tipu cijelo vrijeme struji isti zrak, dok u otvorenom tipu ulazi zrak iz atmosfere, potom se potiskuje kroz tunel i opet vraća u atmosferu. U ovom radu naglasak je na zatvorenom tipu zračnog tunela, njegovim komponentama i primjenama. Također, u sklopu ovog rada, u programskom softveru Solidworks, izrađen je dizajn zatvorenog zračnog tunela. Uz dizajn, izvršen je i proračun potrebne snage tunela.
Abstract (english)
Air tunnels are also called wind tunnels or wind tunnels, and in fact it is a laboratory plant for experimental aerodynamics. What is done in one such plant is a simulation of air movement, and all this is of course controlled and recorded what effect it has. The air tunnel is used to examine the aerodynamic properties of the body, ie to determine the image of fluid flow, moments and forces that act on the airfoil when it is in the fluid flow. Fluid, which is most often air, is accelerated in this tunnel to the maximum speed and it is monitored how the airfoil reacts to such conditions. The air tunnel can be of open or closed type. In the closed type, the same air flows all the time, while in the open type, air enters from the atmosphere, then is pushed through the tunnel and returns to the atmosphere again. In this paper, the emphasis is on the closed type of air tunnel, its components and applications. Also, as part of this work, a closed air tunnel design was developed in the Solidworks software. In addition to the design, the calculation of the required tunnel power was performed.
