Abstract
U ovom radu objašnjene su osnove funkcioniranja mobilnih mreža, važnost sinkronizacije, te problemi na koje se nailazi pri njenom uspostavljanju. Također su opisani matematički mehanizmi na kojima se temelji simulator sinkronizacije mobilne mreže kao i korišteni simulator koji je sastavni dio programskog paketa MATLAB. Predložena su i napravljena poboljšanja na simulatoru u obliku proširenja filtera koji se primjenjuju na kašnjenja dolazećih paketa. Na praktičnim primjerima objašnjene su... More funkcije i ograničenja svakoga od filtera i njihova implementacija. Na temelju rezultata primjene filtera na različite distribucije kašnjenja paketa pri različitim mrežnim uvjetima, zaključeno je da ne postoji univerzalno najbolji filter, nego da se filter treba izbrati u skladu sa potrebama mreže. Dodani SAMPLE filter pokazao se najboljim u nekoliko primjera i nastavit će se proučavati u budućnosti u svrhu dodatnih poboljšanja na sustavu. Less
Abstract (english)
This assignment explains the basics of the functioning of mobile networks, the importance of synchronization, and the problems encountered when establishing it. It also describes the mathematical mechanisms underlying the mobile network synchronization simulator as well as the simulator used, which is an integral part of the MATLAB software package. Improvements have been proposed and made to the simulator in the form of filter extensions that apply to delays in incoming packages.... More Practical examples explain the functions and limitations of each of the filters and their implementation. Based on the results of the application of filters to different distributions of package delays under different network conditions, it was concluded that there is no universally best filter, but that the filter should be harvested according to the needs of the network. The added SAMPLE filter has proven to be the best in several examples and will continue to be studied in the future for further improvements on the system. Less
