Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisan je upravljački proces za prijenos i skladištenje materijala u Mlinici cementa, te je grafički prikazan i opisan rad sekvence filtera sa realnim slikama iz same tvornice. Diplomski rad obuhvaća dva područja; područje energetike i područje automatike. Prvi dio je područje energetike koje obuhvaća asinkroni motor, upravljački proces za prijenos i skladištenje materijala u Mlinici cementa, te električnu shemu za upravljanje i zaštitu korištenih elemenata. Drugi dio je područje automatike koje obuhvaća programabilni logički kontroler (PLC), te programski alat “step 7 manager” u kojemu se nalazi programski kod za upravljanje i zaštitu sekvence filtera. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je povezati logiku rada električne sheme sa programskim kodom u programskom alatu “step 7 manager”.
Abstract (english)
This diploma thesis describes the control process for the transfer and storage of materials in the Cement Mill, and graphically shows and describes the operation of the filter sequence with real images from the factory itself. Thesis covers two areas; the field of energy and the field of automation. The first part is the field of energy, which includes the induction motor, the control process for the transfer and storage of materials in the Cement Mill, and the electrical scheme for the control and protection of the elements used. The second part is the field of automation, which includes the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), and the software tool "step 7 manager", which contains the program code for managing and protecting the filter sequence. The goal of this thesis is to connect the logic of the electrical circuit with the program code in the software tool "step 7 manager".
