Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu obradili smo problematiku elektromagnetske kompatibilnosti kod električnih vozila. Objasnili smo općenito što je to elektromagnetska kompatibilnost i kako se manifestira kod električnih vozila, što je uzrokuje, te kako probati zaštiti elektroniku u vozilu od interferencije. Također smo istražili kako se provode testovi uređaja na elektromagnetsku kompatibilnost i definirali IC funkcijske module. Nadalje, uvidjeli smo kako se problematika smetnji, koja se širi žičanim putem i putem zračenja, može efikasnije testirati korištenjem numeričkih metoda i na taj način postići efikasnije testiranje na elektromagnetsku kompatibilnost. Obradili smo elektromagnetske smetnje koje se javljaju kod punjenja električnih vozila, princip rada sustava za punjenje, te izvor smetnji koje se pri tome javljaju, i spomenuli smo norme za elektromagnetsku kompatibilnost. Praktični dio ovog diplomskog rada obavljen je u suradnji sa tvrtkom Rimac Automobili, i zasniva se na mjerenju dva punjača. Na taj način smo simulirali punjenje pravog vozila samo sa manjom snagom. Na punjačima smo proveli mjerenja EMC-a, i pokušali poboljšati filtere i pokazati kolika je razlika kada iz punjača izvadimo filter. Cilj je bio vidjeti kako izgleda rad uređaja u tvorničkom stanju, kako bi on radio s lošijim filterom, te kako sa potencijalno boljim filterom.
Abstract (english)
In this master's thesis, we have covered the issue of electromagnetic compatibility in electric vehicles. We explained what electromagnetic compatibility in general is and how it manifests itself in electric vehicles, what causes it, and how to try to protect the electronics in the vehicle from interference. We also investigated how tests of devices on electromagnetic compatibility are conducted and defined IC function modules. Furthermore, we have seen how the problem of interference, which is spread through wired means and through radiation, can be more efficiently tested using numerical methods and thus achieve more efficient testing for electromagnetic compatibility. We have covered electromagnetic interference that occurs when charging electric vehicles, the principle of operation of the charging system, and the source of interference that occurs, and we mentioned the norms for electromagnetic compatibility. The practical part of this master's thesis was carried out in cooperation with Rimac Automobili and is based on the measurement of two chargers. In this way, we simulated charging a real vehicle but only with less power. On the chargers, we conducted EMC measurements and tried to improve the filters to show what the difference was when we remove the filter from the charger. The goal was to see what the operation of the device looks like in factory condition, how it would work with a worse filter, and how with potentially better filter.
