Abstract
U sklopu ovog diplomskog rada realiziran je projekt upravljanja i mjerenja sustava vodoopsrkbe pomoću PLC-a. Prvi dio diplomskog rada bazira se na upoznavanje same arhitekture i funkcioniranja PLC-a. Tu su obrađene cjeline: povijesni razvoj PLC-a, arhitektura i konstrukcija PLC-a, povezivanje sa računalom, programiranje, te njegove prednosti i primjene u industriji. Drugi dio rada se bavi detaljnim opisom sustava kojeg želimo postići, te njegovom realizacijom. Sustav se temelji na dva PLC-a. Jedan PLC upravlja elektromotornim ventilima koji su zaduženi za opskrbu vodospreme, a drugi upravlja klornom stanicom koja je zadužena za dezinfekciju vode plinskim klorom. Komunikacija između SCADE i sustava temelji se na GSM/GPRS infrastrukturi. Na SCADI se prikupljaju podaci o stanju cijelog sustava, a isto tako dolaze i alarmne obavijesti koje omogućavaju voditeljima brzu reakciju.
Abstract (english)
As part of this graduate work it was realized the management and measurement systems of water supply using PLC. The first part of this graduate work is based on introduction the architecture itself and functioning of the PLC. There are processed these parts: historical development of PLC, architecture and construction of PLC, connection to a computer, programming and its advantages and applications in industry. The second part deals with a more detailed description of the system we want to achieve, and its realization. The system is based on two PLC-s. One PLC controls the solenoid valves who are in charge of supplying the water tank and the other controls the chlorine station in charge of disinfecting the water with chlorine gas. Communication between SCADE and the system is based on GSM / GPRS infrastructure. SCADE collects data on the state of the whole system, and also comes with alarm notifications that allow managers to react quickly.
