Abstract
U završnom radu obrađen je centrifugalni ventilator, jako bitan stroj u industrijskim procesima, koji ima zadaću dovoda svježeg zraka, ali i odvoda štetnih plinova i otpadnih čestica. Prednosti tih ventilatora su jednostavnost izrade, manja buka nego kod ostalih tipova ventilatora, te mogućnost postizanja visokih tlakova. U radu je napravljen teorijski dio, gdje su opisane vrste ventilatora, te njihova podjela. Teorijski proračun baziran je na glavnoj jednadžbi turbostrojeva i trokutu brzina na ulazu i izlazu. Na postojeći centrifugalni ventilator na FESB-u instaliran je usisni i tlačni kanal, te je isprojektirana Venturi cijev i ugrađena na usisni kanal. Na Venturi cijevi su vršena mjerenja na različitim frekvencijama, odnosno brzinama vrtnje ventilatora. Mjerenja su uvrštena u tablicu, te je preko njih izračunat volumenski protok, veličina potrebna pri definiranju radnih karakteristika ventilatora. Koeficijent venturija je usvojen, a za potpunu provjeru točnosti rezultata mjerenja potrebno je odraditi kalibraciju Venturi cijevi, što prelazi opseg ovog završnog rada.
Abstract (english)
This thesis deals with a centrifugal fan, a very important machine in industrial processes, which has the task of supplying fresh air, but also the removal of harmful gases and waste particles. The advantages of these fans are ease of manufacture, less noise than other types of fans, and the ability to achieve higher pressures. In work, a theoretical part was made, where the types of fans are described, and their division. The theoretical calculation is based on the main equation of turbomachines and the velocity triangles at the inlet and outlet. A suction and pressure duct was installed on the existing centrifugal fan at the FESB, and a Venturi pipe was designed and installed on the suction duct. On the Venturi pipe, measurements were performed at different frequencies, ie fan speeds. The measurements are included in the table, and through them the volumetric flow is calculated, the size required when defining the operating characteristics of the fan. The venturi coefficient has been adopted, and to fully verify the accuracy of the measurement results, it is necessary to perform a calibration of the Venturi tube, which exceeds the scope of this final work.
