Abstract
Zagrijavanje mehanički komponenti je čest indikator pojave kvara. Termografskim uređajima se može lako pratiti stanje ispravnosti nekih komponenti. Prednosti korištenja infracrvene termografije rezultirale su širokom rasprostanjenosti korištenja te metode u industriji, pogotovo u svojstvu održavanja. Završni rad prikazuje primjenu IC termografije u proizvodnom pogonu na način da se provede snimanje temperaturne raspodjele elektromotora i reduktora. Eksperimentalni dio rada odrađen je u suradnji s poduzećem Omial Novi d.o.o iz Zakučca kraj Omiša. Definirane su fizikalne zakonitosti iza infracrvene termografije, opisati će se termografski sustav i paramtri snimanja te odrediti probleme i nepravilnosti koje su se pojavili.
Abstract (english)
Heating mechanical components is a common indicator of the occurrence of failure. Thermographic devices can easily monitor the correctness of some components. The advantages of using infrared thermography have resulted in widespread distribution of the use of this method in industry, especially in maintenance. This paper shows the application of IR thermography in the production plant by recording the temperature distribution of electric motors and gearboxes. The experimental part of the paper was done in cooperation with Omial Novi d.o.o. from Zakučac near Omiš. The physical laws of infrared thermography are defined, so as the thermographic system. Recording parameters will be described and the problems and irregularities that have arisen will be determine.
