Abstract
Detekcija registarskih tablica je aktivnost koja postaje sve raširenija u današnjem svijetu. U ovom završnom radu obrađen je jedan pristup rješavanju tog problema. Kako bi se realizirao cijeli sustav, potrebno je prvo napraviti hardverski dio. Za izradu hardvera korištene se najoptimalnije i lako dostupne komponente za realizaciju. Nakon projektiranja, sustav je hardverski realiziran. Izrađeno je kućište za smještaj mikroračunala i kamere. Nakon hardverske realizacije bilo je potrebno isprogramirati kod koji bi detektirao i očitavao registarske tablice. Kod je napisan u Python jeziku korištenjem OpenCV biblioteke. Program za detekciju registarskih tablica izvršava se na Raspberry Pi-u. Cijeli sustav radi na način da Raspberry Pi snima određeno područje te u trenutku nailaska vozila snimi i detektira registarske tablice.
Abstract (english)
License plate detection is an activity that is becoming more widespread in today’s world. In this final paper, an approach to solving this problem is addressed. In order to realize the whole system, it is necessary to first make the hardware part. The most optimal and easily accessible components for realization were used to produce hardware. After designing, the system is hardware realized. A housing for microcomputers and cameras was made. After the hardware implementations, it was necessary to program in which the license plates would be detected and read. The code is written in Python using the OpenCV library. The license plate detection program runs on the Raspberry Pi. The entire system works in such a way that the Raspberry Pi records a certain area and at the time of the vehicle's arrival it records and detects license plates.
