Abstract
Na temelju modela četvrtine vozila simulira se sustav ABS-a korištenjem programa Open Modelica. Simulirani sustav ne predstavlja realno ponašanje vozila prilikom naglog kočenja, već pravocrtno kočenje četvrtine vozila u idealnim uvjetima. Nadalje, sustav se kontrolira korištenjem negativne povratne veze s tri različita kontrolera, a to su: P, PID, OnOff. Korištenjem OnOff kontrolera postignut je najgori rezultat kočenja, što je i očekivano poznavajući rad i uporabu takvog kontrolera. Najbolji rezultat ostvaruje PID kontroler, koji za razliku od P ima bržu reakciju i manju oscilaciju kontrolirane veličine. Tako je zahvaljujući integracijskom i derivacijskom članu, preko kojih se sustav efikasnije kontrolira. Konfiguracija PID kontrolera provedena je preko Ziegler-Nichols metode. Iako dobiveni rezultati simulacija nisu reprezentativni stvarnom svijetu, jer se simulacija vrši na jednom kotaču i izostavljaju se utjecaji okoline na vozilo, pokazuju važnost sustava u modernim vozilima. Zaustavni put je smanjen, upravljivost vozila uvelike su uvećana.
Abstract (english)
Based on the quarter-vehicle model, the ABS system is simulated using the Open Modelica program. The simulated system does not represent the real behavior of the vehicle during sudden braking, but the rectilinear braking of a quarter of the vehicle in ideal conditions. Furthermore, the system is controlled using negative feedback with three different controllers, namely: P, PID, OnOff. Using the OnOff controller achieved the worst braking result, which is expected knowing the operation and use of such a controller. The best result is achieved by a PID controller, which, unlike P, has a faster response and less oscillation of a controlled size. This is due to the integration and derivation member, through which the system is controlled more efficiently. The configuration of the PID controller was performed via the Ziegler-Nichols method. Although the obtained simulation results are not representative of the real world, because the simulation is performed on one wheel and the environmental influences on the vehicle are omitted, they show the importance of the system in modern vehicles. The stopping distance has been reduced, vehicle handling has been greatly increased.
