Abstract
U ovom završnom radu opisan je princip rada klipnog mehanizma koji je jedan od najzastupljenijih uređaja za prijenos gibanja. Navedene su neke mogućnosti izvedbe takvog mehanizma koji se koristi u automobilima. Prikazan je proračun kinematike te su objašnjena gibanja pojedinih elemanata. Pomoću programskog rješenja Open Modelica izrađeni su modeli jednocilindričnog i dvocilindričnog mehanizma. Simulacijom su dobiveni dijagrami nekih značajnih izlaznih veličina, kao što su tlak plina u cilindrima, brzina vrtnje motora (koljenastog vratila) i torzija koljenastog vratila. Rezultati su prikazani i međusobno uspoređeni.
Abstract (english)
In this final work, the principle of operation of the piston mechanism is described, which is one of the most abundant devices for transferring motion. Some options for the performance of such a mechanism used in cars are listed. The calculation of kinematics is presented and the motions of individual elemanats are explained. With the Open Modelica software solution, models of single-cylinder and two-cylinder mechanism are made. The simulation obtained diagrams of some significant output sizes, such as gas pressure in cylinders, engine (crankshay shaft) rotational speed and torsion of crankshay shaft. The results are presented and compared with each other.
