Abstract
U ovom završnom radu osnovni koncept bila je razrada teorije elektromagnetizma, pri čemu je glavni fokus stavljen na područje visokih frekvencija. Obrađivanjem temeljnih postavki elektromagnetizma opisani su pojmovi poput elektromagnetskog zračenja, spektra, elektromagnetskih polja te Maxwellovih jednadžbi. Također su analizirani biološki učinci neionizirajućeg zračenja, pri čemu su prateći legislativu navedene sigurnosne smjernice i granice izloženosti poljima visokih frekvencija. Nakon teorijske razrade, izvršen je praktični dio rada u vidu mjerenja i opisa zračenja odgovarajuće bazne stanice gdje je za kraj donešen zaključak o potenijalnim štetnim učincima za ljudsko zdravlje.
Abstract (english)
The main concept of this thesis was centered on elaborating the theory of electromagnetism, with the main focus being high frequencies. By processing the basic assumptions of electromagnetism, concepts such as electromagnetic radiation, spectrum, electromagnetic fields, and Maxwell's equations are described. The biological effects of non-ionizing radiation are also analyzed, and, by following the legislature, the safety guidelines and exposure limits to high frequency fields are stated. After the theoretical elaboration, the practical part of the thesis was performed in the form of measurement and description of radiation of the appropriate base station, where the conclusion on potential harmful effects on human health was made.
